At Sequin, we want you to shine in every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all sequins and delicate embellishments are protected, and include your packing slip.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
